Any suggestions on removing a black tattoo with white ink mixed?

I've got a black tattoo, but to achieve depth, the tattoo artist added white ink with the black. I now want it removed, will the white ink come out along with the black? will the black still come out? Thanks

easily remove all types of ink, regardless of color. Talk to your nearest
dermatologist and see what procedures they provide; you shouldn’t have any
issues removing a tattoo of this nature.

Thank you for your question. Picosure is the latest in
tattoo removal technology. Tattoos are made up of ink that has been placed into
the deeper layer of the skin, the dermis. This layer of skin is not shed like
the upper layers of your skin, but remains in place, which is what makes
tattoos permanent. In order to remove them, the cells that hold the ink have to
be removed. The Picosure laser is able to do this in fewer treatments then
older technologies. I recommend consulting with a qualified physician in your
area for a full consultation.

If a 1064 q-switched laser is used, the black particles will likely be shattered, but the white ink is not going to be removed.  Depending on how light the grey color is, the tattoo may or may not fade enough to reach your goals.
