Small seroma after punch removal. Is there anything I can do?

About a month ago I had a deep mole remove on my chin via punch method. The incision is closed now (done with stitches). But ever since the removal there’s been this tiny bump that seems fluid filled. If I press it, it flattens and then comes back. I want it to go away but not sure if I can do that on my own? My dermatologist seemed annoyed when I asked and didn’t give me any real response. Is there anything I can do?
