15 months ago I had Mohs surgery on my nose with skin graft - is there anything that can be done to blend this better? (Photos)

I had a rather large squamous cell spot removed from my nose via Mohs surgery. There was not enough skin available for a flap, so my surgeon performed a skin graft from my nose/between my eyes, which was above the spot being grafted. The surgeon said he did that to try to best match the skin on the graft. I now have additional scaring on my nose from where the skin graft was taken, coupled with the site where the skin graft was placed. The skin graft healed nicely around the edges and is not raised, but it is white and has no pigment. Is this normal? Is there anything that can be done to get the new skin to blend with the skin around it? Also there is some redness and veins from the graft source site. What can be done with that? Any advice would help and especially if there’s anything that can d done at home without a procedure.
