Will CO2 lasers address festoons? (Photos)

In 2023 I had tear trough filler and have had festoons since, despite several treatments with Hyaluronase. In 2025 I did Morpheus 8 and it helped but only temporarily. The festoons were minimized until I had Daxxy Lite in Jan 2026. Ever since it is like they have ballooned out. It seems like drainage is impaired since 2023 and tox possibly makes it worse? Will CO2 lasers address the underlying drainage issue for my lymphatic system?
