I'm sorry that this has happened. I gave up using Radiesse years ago when more robust HA fillers cam on the scene whose results lasted almost as long, but could be dissolved easily with hyaluronidase if ever the need arose. That being said, the use of saline injections accompanied, if necessary, by subcision. to physically break up the nodules can prove quite helpful. If not, I have had gratifying result in shrinking these kinds of nodules using an algorithm of varying combinations, concentrations and amounts of anti-inflammatory agents. The first thing to do in this instance is to inject sterile water into the region via microcannula- this will help to disperse the product that is there. It may take more than one session, and you might bruise, but it can be a very helpful maneuver and something that your provider who injected the Radiesse should be willing to do for you at no cost. RF microneedling such as Morpheus8 can certainly help by smoothing and tightening the skin. However, if the needles were set deep enough to get into the bulk of that Radiesse you might lose some fat volume there also which may not be desirable. I would start with the sterile water technique first to flatten things out, then Morpheus to smooth and tighten and achieve the result you wanted that had you reaching for the Radiesse to begin with.
