Cheek Botox for Facial Erythromelalgia (rare, genetic disease)? (Photo)

Does anyone inject Botox in the cheeks for burning pain/flushing due o a rare disease? I live near Washington DC and I’m liking to travel anywhere to have this performed and understand risks. Botox helps pain in nose, chin, and forehead.
