Cheek Botox for Facial Erythromelalgia (rare, genetic disease)? (Photo)

I have read an article that in a case report, there was improvement with this disease using Botox in the subcutaneous tissues. Duration was 1 month of improvement and symptoms were dramatically better. I haven't done this for this particular disease but have done to control acne in a similar fashion.
