Does anyone inject Botox in the cheeks for burning pain/flushing due o a rare disease? I live near Washington DC and I’m liking to travel anywhere to have this performed and understand risks. Botox helps pain in nose, chin, and forehead.

Answer: I have read an article that in a case report, there was improvement with this disease using Botox in the subcutaneous tissues.

The blurred vision and discharge around your eyes are not known side effects of Botox. However, I would recommend following up with your eye doctor to continue searching for the cause of your symptoms.
