PRP facial injection for neuropathic pain - effective and useful?

onurdersim
I got phantom pain on the treated tooth in the upper jaw after a dental treatment. I got Botox in my jaw and face in the direction of the trigeminal nerve. This has helped me relatively well. Now I wanted to know if an injection with PRP in this area can support nerve regeneration. In fact, I once had long periods of pain after knee surgery, and several treatments with PRP have made me pain-free. I have also been reading studies about neuropathic pain and PRP and its regenerative effects.
