Which is the best supplement for extreme hair loss, Cystiphane or Effluvium?

after i did keratin and botox on my hair that contained formalin to strengthen my curly hair , most of my hair fell , please note that my family is bold and i am afraid to be too as it can be hereditary . my pharmacist advised me to take effluvium or cystiphane b6 for a cure of 6 months . do you know any other supplements that are efficient for extreme hair loss ? thank youu
