Transplanted hair usually sheds in between the 2nd week an the 2nd month.
Permanent hair will start to grow after the 3rd month. You need to be patience, your hair will grow back.

Fabulous8896,It is still early at only 3 months post surgery. Certainly, it is normal to be seeing some "pimples" in the transplanted area at this time. The bald spot should improve as the transplant grows in to fuller maturation within the 5-9 months.

Hello, great question. I understand your concern and frustration. Unfortunately you’re going to have to be patient and wait a few more months to see results. No you should not use Minoxidil. If you don’t see results in a couple of months I advise your to see your doctor. Good luck.

A bald spot due to pimples might go away if you give it time.  There is nothing to do at this point so wait for a full 8 months before considering any action with your surgeon
