I have a bald spot in the recipient area 3 months after FUE due to pimples. Will my hair grow back? (Photo)

Hi, I had a FUE hair transplant 3 months ago of 4000 graft. Pimples that started after 2nd month in the receipient area creating a completely bald spot middle of my scalp of 3cm. Will my hair grow back? I had non transplanted hair in this area before. Should I treat with Minoxidil?
