Peri oral mounds/pre jowl sulcus area needs help. (photos)

The right one is much worse than the left. Does anyone have experience filling the area below the mounds to smooth it out? What filler would be best for this?

You appear on the photos to have volume loss in the anterolateral chin and prejowl sulcus which could easily be treated using a hyaluronic acid based filler such as Juvederm and a cannula technique. Atleast, this is my preferred technique in my practice.

Hi abbycooper,Thank you for the pictures.  Injections below your Perioral mounds should help fill the shadows and therefore decrease contrast and the appearance of the mounds.  It will also help support the foundation of that area so that with time, your mounds don't droop/collapse down.Good luck!
