i have a mole on my forehead and I had it removed a few years ago, but it came back. I absolutely hate it and want it gone before my wedding. Where would I go to get it removed and how much is it? And does insurance cover it?

Insurance will not pay to remove a benign mole.  In Fort Worth, the average cost of removing a mole of this size for cosmetic purposes would be between $250 to $750.  You can start your search for a dermatologist or plastic surgeon either on RealSelf or Google, and calling the office of the physician and requesting a consultation or rough estimate.
