I had a complete thyroidectomy and removal of several lymph nodes 15 years ago. Now I'm not happy with how my neck is aging. The thyroid area looks too prominent, almost "goiter-ish".

Thank you for your question!  A combination approach would give the most improvement. Kybella, PDO Nova Threads, Ultherapy and/or ThermiRF treatments (Venus Legacy) are non-invasive options that would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. Thank you for your question.   After  reviewing your picture I believe that a face and neck lift will definably help your looks but is very difficult for me to see the deformity of your neck.

Hi there, with limited views of your neck it is difficult to pinpoint the exact cause for your concern. However, it is common for the neck musculature to weaken with time and/or prior surgery and create contour irregularity in the neck. From the photo you've provided it does not appear that you have a tremendous amount of excess skin. Often times, it if is just a muscular issue we are able to do a procedure known as a "platysmaplasty" to tighten those muscles and create a leaner contour to the neck. There may also be minimally invasive options to tighten the soft tissue, but you'd need an in person evaluation to determine candidacy. I'd suggest you start with a few consultations with facial plastic surgeons who specialize in neck rejuvenation. Good luck!
