I have very oily, acne prone skin so most of my teen & early adult years I avoided moisturizer in fear of it clogging my pores and causing more breakouts. I've since learned the error in my ways, but it seems the damage is done and my confidence is gone. I also lost 35 pounds last year making the sagging more noticeable. I fear for how my skin will look when I really start to age since it already looks like this. Do I need a filler or would a mini face lift be more beneficial? Thanks in advance!

A non- surgical approach can give you good, natural results with minimal downtime. The first step is to help 'lift' your skin using an energy device. In Ethnic skin types, Themage is good, Ultherapy is another option. It will take 2-3 months before you receive optimal outcomes from this...
Hi @leeanevan. Thank you for sharing your photos. I would recommend 1 syringe of filler in the cheeks. This will help soften the appearance of the nasolabial folds.
Best of luck,

Hi @luk. Thank you for sharing your photo. I would suggest you consider hyaluronic acid dermal fillers like Restylane Defyne for your nasolabial folds/laugh lines. In addition, I recommend a chemical peel for the hyperpigmentation you are experiencing.
Best of luck,
