Red dot grid marks 5 months post treatment. Should IPL help fade these red spots? (Photo)

Hi - I'm a 48 year old female - I had a Morpheus 8 treatment on my face and neck 5 months ago. For weeks after I had orange peel texture issues and grid marks. Now, I have red dot grid marks all over my face and neck. I can cover them with makeup but now I wish I had never done this procedure at all - I never returned for my other 2 procedures. I'm considering IPL to fade the red spots. What would you recommend? I have been using medication grade skincare since the procedure.
