I have had a thread lift and nose filler done months ago and recently noticed a little raised circle on my nose , I went back to the medi spa and asked the NP to dissolve that raised area and she injected dissolver all over my nose to Try to dissolve it . After that the small raised circle now appears as a large raised nodule or bump . It looks Awful and I don’t know how to fix this .

You were not a good candidate for nose fillers and especially by a NP. Please see a board-certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and treatment.

Based on the post of photos in the history, this is a some type of cystic mass that requires a ultrasound, then external excision with the potential of a scar on the nose. Best to seek impersonal virtual consultation ASAP.
