I'm getting an IPL every three weeks, three in total. I do this once a year and so far have only had excellent results. I have mild rosacea and try to get IPLs done once a year since I turned 32. I'm 35 now. They always make my skin better. Rosehip oil and rose water was recommended to me for mild rosacea as well. I haven't used it yet but was going to add it to my skin regime of vitamin e oil, serum, and coconut oil at night. My skin is very dry, so the oil doesn't make me break out at all.

Thank you for your question jojobrown. IPL is a great treatment for facial rejuvenation. I have found that at-home devices are generally ineffective and recommend professional treatments. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!
