Hi. I had miradry 3 weeks. I was told that according to my weight (255lbs, muscular), I would need 12x 10ml syringes with lidocaine/saline mix, injected into armpit areas. 120Ml of fluid per armpit. Procedure went smooth but now, after 3 weeks, I feel this "burning to the touch sensation" in both inner biceps, starting from armpit extending to inner elbow. Also a huge lump on my left, upper/inner biceps right where the armpit area begins and it's not shrinking. On bactrim now. Normal?

We can have the miraDry treatment done in just over an hour when the sweat test is performed the same day as the treatment. Some patents take longer to produce sweat while others are immediate making is difficult to offer an exact time frame. The size of the individuals armpits also...
This sounds like classic banding which is scar tissue forming bands under the skin. These can resolve on their own but I inject with a numbing agent and steroid and use a vigorous friction massage to speed things along. Stretching can also help.
An itchy rash on 1 (or 2?) armpits and chest, occurring 3 after MiraDry, is not something I’ve seen and I have extensive experience; likely unrelated, even more so if it is just on 1 side.
