.5% salicylic acid in moisturizer OK to use after TCA peel?

I just had a TCA peel today around 3:30 pm. I was told not to wash my face tonight, is that correct? Also I have a moisturizer that has .5% salycilic acid, is that safe to use?

I agree that you should not wash your face tonight.  I suggest that you not use anything with salicylic acid (even a low dose) for at least a week.  You should use only very mild and very hydrating products for at least two weeks after a TCA peel.
