.5% salicylic acid in moisturizer OK to use after TCA peel?

I just had a TCA peel today around 3:30 pm. I was told not to wash my face tonight, is that correct? Also I have a moisturizer that has .5% salycilic acid, is that safe to use?

I don't recommend applying a TCA peel yourself, due to the risk of hyperpigmentation and/or burns. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

It is great you are doing your medium TCA peels and they can be done a day after fillers or even the same day. Wait 2 days after botox to do them and don't waste your money on kybella unless you have money to burn and enjoy pain and are happy with NO results.
