What type of changes should I expect after PicoSure with type 6 skin?

What is the typical timeline of full skin changes to expect after 1st session of treatment with Pico laser? Is it true that especially in Tyype 5/6 skin it'll darken for up to 3 weeks then begin to fade? How can you tell the difference between expected skin darkening vs PIH?
