What type of changes should I expect after PicoSure with type 6 skin?

What is the typical timeline of full skin changes to expect after 1st session of treatment with Pico laser? Is it true that especially in Tyype 5/6 skin it'll darken for up to 3 weeks then begin to fade? How can you tell the difference between expected skin darkening vs PIH?

Please retake photos. With and without flash, Zoom in and normal. It is impossible to see any spots on these except pores and hairs.
