Forehead Swollen Like a Balloon After Endo Brow Lift?

  Day 4 after endoscopic browlift is the peak of swelling and your forehead may well look like a balloon.  If there is concern of fluid collection or something else, the plastic surgeon should be contacted.

Hard to determine without photos.  Swelling is normal after surgery.  We tell our patients to keep their head elevated and ice.  Each surgeon is different.  Please contact your surgeon and tell him/her your concerns to make sure nothing untoward is going on.  

In general, swelling is normal after a brow lift. This is especially the case after only 4 days. However, what you describe does not sound normal.
