I recently found out I have a severe bone spur that is nearly blocking my sinus cavity. Due to reoccurring sinus infections I need to get this fixed. I also have a lot of annoying issues with Eustchian tube dysfunction. One ear is obstructed. The ear that’s on the same side as the bone spur has issues with patulous eustchian tube dysfunction. I’m curious if removing this large bone spur would cause more airflow and exacerbate any patulous symptoms? I’m terrified for my ears to get any worse.

You need a rhinoplasty and septoplasty. If the septum is tilted then that needs to be straightened. You can see from the frontal view that the bone and cartilage of your nose is also crooked and this requires a rhinoplasty.
