9 months post op - could this be double bubble? 700 cc silicone implants (photos)

I had 500cc saline implants placed in 2017. The left one ruptured in 2021 so I had to get it replaced. They were replaced in May of 2022 with 700cc silicone. Now I’m worried I am forming a double bubble on my left implant!
