Any suggestions for Breast Lift and Implant African American / Dark Skin Women?

You appear to be an excellent candidate for a slight reduction (and a lift) to decrease the possibility of recurring droop. A lollipop incision would provide the smallest and most minimal scar. If there is a persistent history of keloid scarring elsewhere, scars may be treated with injectables or scar tape. In the end, the trade off of the lift must be made with the acceptance of the possibility of keloid scar formation. Your well experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon should guide you in these treatments. 

If you have a history of keloid formation then you are at risk for keloid formation. It looks like you have a lot of breast tissue and you can probably just get a lift.

There is always a possibility to have scars that are dark or even that keloid. It is rare from my experience for a patient to keloid. It is more common for a patient to have darkened scars, but those usually begin to fade in time around or after the year mark post operatively. Breast lifting and going large with implants tend to work against one another. The larger the implant, the more pressure and tension there is on the incisions, which can result in widened, more noticeable scarring. Besides the scarring, going with large implants will eventually work against what is trying to be achieved by lifting the breasts. In time the weight of large implants could stretch the skin compromising the longevity of your results. Wearing good support, not going too large with the implants and being consistent with scar therapy will reduce the risk of having dark or widened scars.
