Does Sculptra butt lift actually work?

Hi doctors. I'm hearing about this sculptra butt lift but I hardly see any before and after photos for this procedure. Does this procedure actually work? And what other options are available for someone who wants a moderate change in volume but doesn't have enough fat for bbl and doesn't want implants. Thank you in advance.

Results depend on patient expectations. The patient needs to have realistic expectations in terms of what can and cannot be achieved. But ultimately we have seen good results with the Sculptra Butt Lift.

Sculptra unlike other fillers increases volume as it induces collagen production. So the solution itself is not the one that produces the added volume. The process relies on the body's natural collagen production. It induces the body to produce collagen. The chances of it looking natural are very high because of this too.

This procedure does work. I have a great result in my gallery. It requires about 20-25 vials for best results. I do this over 3 sessions. Results take 9 months to fully appreciate and will last at least 5-7 years. There is no downtime and minimal bruising when cannulas are used.

The Sculptra Butt Lift is a great alternative to a BBL! During treatment, Sculptra is injected into the buttocks and usually requires more than one treatment session. This can help to achieve subtle volume in the buttocks for a rounder shape. I would schedule a consultation with an expert injector to go over your individual goals.

Yes sculptra works nicely to enhance the buttocks without surgery.  It often requires more than one treatment, which can be performed 6 weeks apart.  The injections are done in the office and require no downtime.  You are able to sit on the area and return to normal activities right away.  I recommend visiting with an expert injector in your area to learn more.  Ask your injector for before and after photos.

GREAT question... First doing Sculptra injections for buttock enlargement is a very specific off label use of the Sculptra (polylactic acid stimulating solution). The reason you see very little about this technique is the costs to achieve an acceptable result. In my personal and detailed experience with this butt augmentation via Sculptra the # of vials needed approaches 20 to 50... Secondly, If the fee is $500 to $800 per vial the charges would be in the $10,000 to $40,000 ranges (depending on what the experienced injecting MD charges...). Plus it is at least a 6 month seeing a result the frame. I personally offer this expert technique and have nice results. It is NOT fr the patient whom wishes a very large volume improvement. I hope this helps you. Best to seek in person examinations and discussions with an experience Sculptra to the butt boarded PS (not many of us around BTW).

Thank you for your question. Yes, the Sculptra Butt Lift does work. The best examples are some of the Hollywood elites who have had it done and have endless financial resources. It takes a minimum of 10 vials and as many as 40 to 60 vials of Sculptra to get the desired results. This makes the Sculptra Butt Lift much more expensive than a fat transfer procedure. However, for the patient who does not have sufficient fat, cannot take the downtime associated with lipo and fat transfer, or just does not want a surgical procedure, It is a good option. We have done quite a few of the Sculptra Butt lifts in our office and the patients have been happy with their results. Prices will vary quite a bit around the country. Expect to pay anywhere from $400 to $1,000 per vial of Sculptra and to have the Sculptra injected over 2 to 3 sessions with 10 to 20 vials per session.I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.
