How can I regain my younger appearance? It has only been 5 years.

Like what has changed and how can I fix it? I'm a 24 year old male. I've noticed that my face has significantly changed in the last 5 years - for the worse. Most notably I'm experiencing changed around the eye area, cheeks, and jawline. I know eye changes can be attributed to health risks. Can a trained eye perhaps point out what has changed and how I can fix it? Or maybe some suggestions on how I may improve my appearance. Thanks in advance!

It is very difficult to evaluate your face and eye area with only the pictures you provided.  Ideally, an examination of you would provide the most information.  Photographs could be helpful, but they should be pictures when you are not smiling or moving your face.  Close up photographs of your eye area would also be beneficial.

It appears that your brows are drooping. You would need a physical exam to confirm this. You would be a candidate for a Endoscopic Brow Lift. I was one of the pioneers for Endoscopic Brow Lift. I've lectured nationally and internationally on the subject. This is a great operation. One makes small incisions. A tv camera is inserted. The surgery is performed while watching television. It is difficult to evaluate from your photos.  Pictures where you are not smiling and at a 45 degree angle would be helpful.  With that said, patients in your age range are good candidates to start Botox and possibly skin fillers. Kybella can also be used to help maintain a firm jawline.  Good skin care is also very important.  Using sunscreen daily, Retin A, and other skin care products can help maintain your skin elasticity and a bright skin tone.  I would recommend finding an excellent Medical Aesthetician and start having monthly facials.
