I felt a little bump and when I look at it is was red. Should I worry? Can this be an infection?

Hello thank you for your question and provided information as well..based on your question the ideal is that you are first evaluated by your endocrinologist to see if your blood sugar levels are stable, if he gives you the ok for surgery you can be evaluated by a certified plastic surgeon.
