Are these large pores on my cheeks or indents and what could be causing it? (Photos)

I used to have very smooth, porcelain like skin all over my face. Then around July of last year, I noticed large pores or intents on the sides of my cheeks. Not even sure what it is but the texture of my skin has completely changed. Any ideas on what has caused this and what I can do to fix it? Last year end of March I started using the skincare line, Oumere and I got red bumps all over and that's when I noticed the large pores. Not sure if that's related.
