Your Pictures show an under developed and constricted upper and lower jaw. As a result your teeth are crowded.  The foundation needs to be developed with a DNA Appliance first.   You may need additional treatment after.

Ideally you should address the underdeveloped maxilla to create a full wide smile and a healthier airway.  This will help with Dark Buccal Corridors and Deep Naso-labial groove.Especially important if you have headaches, migraines, sinus issues or sleep apnea.
