26yrs old. Growing up my right lateral incisor tooth fell out and never grew back and recently I had my left lateral incisor tooth pulled because it was a dead baby tooth. So now I have no lateral incisors. I find that the right side of my face looks different from my left (the picture with nose ring). Is it because the bone loss over many years has caused it to change? The right side is where my tooth fell out first. My left side is my better side. If I get implants will the right side change?
