Buried DIEP flap breast reconstruction?

Looking for a plastic surgeon to perform a buried diep flap for bilateral mastectomy reconstruction with minimal abdominal scarring. A large abdominal scar & patched breasts do nothing for regaining my sense of femininity. Fat grafting was considered but takes up to a 1-1/2 yrs to complete & 6 liposuction surgeries. Implants were disgarded due to significant scar tissue from chemo port & allergy to plastic. Photos of your work would be appreciated & very helpful in making my decision.
