60 years old - Will BodyTite help tighten my saggy butt?

I’m 60 yrs old and exercise quite a bit but my butt still sags. My butt has always sagged. I had a BBL 15 yrs ago and it helped a little. I’ve considered a butt tuck but I’m terrified of the scars. Would Bodytite help? If so, what percentage of tightening and lifting do you think I’d get?

I think in theory, Body Tite would be perfect!!  For breasts, it seems to work well but for buttock sag, I personally have not done that treatment ... yet!  I do recommend checking in with someone who has BodyTite experience.  Best Wishes!!

Hi, have you ever considered emsculpt neo?  It can improve the muscles and as a result lift the buttock.  Any dimpling you may still have after the treatment can be further addressed with QWO to smoothen the final results.    I would get an in person evaluation with a provider who uses the emsculpt neo regularly.

Congratulations on an awesome 60 year old butt! The current “holy grail” in Cosmetic Plastic Surgery is skin tightening and lifting without surgical scars. BodyTite, like ThermiTIGHT, are subdermal radio-frequency techniques to warm the skin to a level of primary contraction and secondary collagen tightening. This may be helpful in firming the butt by reducing the surface area of the buttock over its volume. A simpler and more effective way to achieve this is the use of subdermal Sculptra which will improve the dimpling as well. A combination of PLLA / PDO ThreadLifting and Sculptra may both “shrink-wrap” the skin toward the center of the injection field and allow for retraction up the collagen producing suspension sutures. (Please do not misunderstand, ThreadLifting will fail by itself in the buttocks due to gravity and weight.) I agree with you, upper buttock surgical lift and buttock fold, wedge excision for your contours are not worth the scars and risk of complications. All the best.

The simple answer is no, bodytite will not lift your buttocks. Even though initially after the treatment it may look like something positive is happening, in the long run more fat will be melted thereby producing a deflated appearance at a later time. If you’d like to have a tighter and more youthful appearance to your buttocks, I would recommend having Sculptra used in order to restore volume.
