I saw a dermatologist several years ago and he wouldn't remove it because of potential scarring. He also indicated that it might not actually be a mole, but he wasn't sure. What else could it be? And is removal out of the question? This is an important, highly visible part of my face, so I'm very concerned about the potentiality of disfigurement.
