I am six months post-op from a breast lift and augmentation. About two months post-op is when I first noticed the flat spot on my left breast. My doctor assures me that it will round out with time but I feel as though there has been no improvement. Will this get better with time?

As mentioned, your chest wall curves outward and your nipples are on the outside of your breast. If you try to place the implants more in the center, it will only make your nipples look farther out as they will not be centered on the implant, but rather, will be on the outside of the implant....
Any change in your breasts should be brought to the attention of your plastic surgeon. The only way to make the diagnosis is by an in office exam.
