Why do I look worse now than before having Deep Ablative CO2 Abrasion? I'm 7.5 months post having it done on my face and neck.

I have hyperpigmentation, very deep pores, a lot of acne and milia, facial hair that I never had and dark spots coming back (no, I haven't been in the sun)! I have a lot of scar tissue on my neck. I'm so disappointed and wish I'd never gotten it done. I look worse now then before the procedure. I hate to even look in the mirror!! It definitely wasn't worth the cost, pain and destroying my self esteem!! Is there anything I can do to fix the mess I'm left with?? I feel so ugly!!

Hello and thank you for your question. Healing should be complete after 10 days. If you have any discharge or inflammation from the mole sites I would wait an additional week. If not I would proceed with your planned procedure. Best of luck to you.
