Porcelain veneers can do a lot with patients with crooked teeth, however in looking at your bite and alignment of your teeth I sincerely believe that orthodontics would be the best treatment for you. Veneers or crowns could make your teeth look nicer, but wouldn't even close to giving your the correction needed to have a normal appearing smile.
Invisalign might be an option. Your eye teeth are too high so veneers would not really effectively correct you problem.

If your teeth are discolored, heavily restored with dentistry, worn, chipped or fractured, cosmetic dentistry may be a better option than braces. If you are a teenager and you have crooked teeth, my advice is to undergo the braces and spend the time doing that. It is more idealistic to keep your natural teeth if everything else is fine.
