Hi! I’m 18 and have always been insecure about my flat side profile and a witch’s chin never helped. My nose seems to be a saddle nose causing my nostrils to widen when I smile. I’ve had braces in the past and my bite is alighted but my chin gets pointy when I smile. How can I fix this?
