What can fix my uneven eyes/eyebrows? (Photos)

Question

For some reason my left eyebrow and eye look smaller and my right eye brow seems more arched and my right eye looks bigger, I was told Botox could fix the uneven eyebrows but I'm not too sure. What can also fix my lazy eye? It's more noticeable when I smile. Can a plastic surgeon fix it or do I have to go see a ophthalmologist for that?

Botox can be used to relax the frontalis muscle above the right brow lowering this brow to better match the left brow. In addition there is now a new eye drop called Upneeq which is FDA approved to treat ptosis, or droopy eyelids. You can try this drop in the left eye to lift the left upper eyelid and improve the eyelid asymmetry. One drop last 6 hours or more and if it works well you can use this drop on an ongoing basis. For a more permanent correction you could also consider surgical ptosis repair. As this is a very specialized procedure it is best to consult with an oculoplastic surgeon (opthalmologist who specializes in eyelid procedures) to see if this procedure is right for you.
