Fine lines at 26, just noticed. Maybe from IPL photofacial

I have gotten two IPL photofacial treatments. I’m not for certain, but I think it gave me fine lines :( I also get Botox around my eyes and on my forehead. I started early but I figured it would help me stay on top of the aging process. I can only really see these fine lines in the right natural light, and when I smile I see them underneath my eye (bag area) outer corner. Again, very fine. I have very fair skin but am VERY healthy and would say i take good care of my skin. Is this normal
