After my 3rd IPL treatment for facial rosacea. I had dimpling in my skin that persists the next day. Is this normal?

My skin looks swollen, doesn’t hurt to the touch tho, sensitive, and there is increased redness in my cheeks were the rosacea is most. it’s just a bit more Is it just do to swelling ?
