The skin under my chin is starting to sag. Is there a filler used to tighten sagging skin under chin?
Answer: Sagging Chin For individuals experiencing sagging in the chin area, dermal fillers can provide an effective non-surgical solution. Fillers, such as those made from hyaluronic acid, can add volume and lift to sagging skin, thereby enhancing the contour and appearance of the chin. They work by filling in areas that have lost volume due to aging or other factors, creating a smoother and more youthful profile. Dermal fillers are injected strategically to restore volume, improve jawline definition, and reduce the appearance of sagging. The results are immediate, with minimal downtime, making it a convenient option for those looking to rejuvenate their facial appearance without surgery. For optimal results, it's essential to consult with a skilled dermatologist who can assess your individual needs and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan. By utilizing dermal fillers, you can achieve a more defined and youthful chin and jawline, effectively combating the effects of aging and sagging skin.

Answer: Morpheus8 can tighten loose sin and help promote growth of collagen for a more youthful look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Skin Tightening for the Neck -- Kybella, Ultherapy, PDO NovaThreads, Thermage vs VASER Lipo w/ ThermiRF, Neck Lift A combination of non-surgical options like Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, Ultherapy and Thermage would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. VASER Liposuction (with ThermiRF, Renuvion and InMode FaceTite) is a great alternative for contouring and tightening the chin and neck and can be combined with a neck lift at the same time, if you're a candidate. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a long-term treatment plan that works for you. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Fillers rarely indicated for sagging neck skin
Fillers are rarely indicated for sagging neck skin. The one main exception would be if you have a weak chin (microgenia) and in this case it would only give you a little support (chin implant better). The best option for loose skin would be to do a lift of some kind. I prefer the LiteLift procedure but others like the MACS lift also work nicely with minimal downtime.

Answer: Tightening the skin under your chin There really is no filler to inject under the chin to tighten the skin. You can have fillers injected along your jawline to help define the angle between your jaw and your neck. I prefer Radiesse for these injections. To tighten the skin under the chin, you may want to look into Acculift or Smartlipo. Both of these procedures use laser technology to tighten the skin. The next option would be a neck lift. It all depends on how much change you are looking to achieve. Good luck.
