Can filler be used on En Coup De Sabre?

I have a vertical dent on my forehead that I suspect to be en coup de Sabre. The indentation is not on the skin, rather it's a skull deformation. I was wondering if it's safe to use fillers and if so what type of filler.

Hi @dmrus! Based on your photos, you do have filler migration above the vermillion border of the upper lip. I would recommend dissolving your lips with Hylenex and starting with a fresh canvas. In addition, I would recommend using a different hyaluronic acid dermal filler. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
