Plasma gel (bio filler) risks? Is bio filler safer than HA filler?

I’d like to get bio filler (plasma gel) to help with lost volume in my cheeks, under eye and lower face. I’m very scared of HA fillers given the very small chance of blindness, potential allergic reaction and risk of migration. Is bio filler safer than HA filler? Does it carry the same risks? I’m wondering if it would be risked, given it seems like a it’s much thicker than HA fillers?

Hello,
If you are looking to volumize your cheeks, under eye, and lower face, hyaluronic acid fillers are a great option. HA is a natural substance already found in your skin. There are multiple formulations on the market depending on what you're using it for. The risk of blindness is because of the possibility of injection into an artery that communicates with the artery giving blood to your eye, but this is EXTREMELY rare. If you are worried about it you could find a surgeon who will inject under ultrasound guidance to verify there are no vessels being injected into. 
Your other option could be fat grafting. Many surgeons can graft fat into the face and it works great because once it grows in it is a permanent filler. Usually 80-90% of fat injected stays there.
