Long-term swelling after under eye fillers

I had under eye fillers done for the first time in my life in September 2021. I complained many times about the swelling and had two rounds of hyaluronidase, but the swelling isn't going away. I just want to know what is causing the issue and how it can be fixed. I just want my face to go back to normal. No one told me there would be permanent damage...I was old HA fillers are non-permanent and reversible with hyaluronidase. Why is this happening?
