Bellafill, Sculptra, or Radiesse for nasolabial folds first time? (Photo)

Question

Hello, in class someone pointed out that i have smile lines and if i don't treat them while im still in my 20's, by the time im 30 theyll be terrible grooves:( since i havent done aanything yet, should i start with a HA filler and then Sculptra or Bellafill? I know both stimulate collagen and the later lasts much longer, but does Sculptra cause more lumps or no..? Both are pretty safe?

Bellafil is a permanent filler, a foreign substance, to which the body reacts by producing fibrous tissue--that's the way it actually works. But, like other permanent fillers, complications, such as nodule formation and granulomas, can not only occur immediately following treatment, but even five, ten or twenty+ years later.  Sculptra results last at least two years, but, as a semipermanent substance, it, too, cannot be easily dissolved if needed. What's more it is relatively expensive, typically requires several treatment sessions, as well as time to achieve the results. On the other hand, HA fillers, particularly more robust ones, can yield immediate results, last up to two years in certain locations, and can be easily dissolved with hyaluronidase, if needed. I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion (J Plasma), thread lifting,  and peels to get the most conservative, natural look.
