These days we have a number of robust HA fillers capable of improving both the shape and projection of the chin in order to harmonize it better with the projections of the nose and lips in profile and in front face views. What's more, the results achieved with these more robust HA fillers, such as Voluma XC or Restylane Lyft, tend to be more durable that with ordinary HA fillers, with results, particularly in areas not subject to signficant movement or static tension, well over a year and often up to two years. Forget permanent fillers, since these can later translate into long-lasting complications, such as disfiguring lumps, five, ten or even twenty+ years later, and which are enormously difficult to treat. HA fillers can be dissolved fairly easily should the need ever arise. Make sure that you consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and make sure to ask to see his/her personal befores and afters before agreeing to proceed. S/he will best be able to tell you how many syringes may be needed.

Your best result would be with a chin implant. I'm not sure given your level of recession that fillers would be the best option for you.
