I can feel it move around. Can i go to the dentist to get the crown tightend on any way ? Thanks in advance

It would be great if you could send a picture to better guide you!  Due to bite issue, it is best you contact your dentist or dentist near you, to redo your temporary crown, swelling needs to be addressed.

A hole in the dental crown is not good, need to see your dentist.However from the picture it looks like you have a porcelain fused to metal crown, in which the metal is exposed, you need to check with your dentist! If the metal is exposed you will be ok, however aesthetically is not pleasing....
