Please ignore the literal bed hair. Wanted to gage your thoughts on facetite for myself. I have always had a heavier/fatter lower face which means I have little to no shape. I want it to be more tapered, please see second photo where I am pulling the skin up to make more of a V shape on one side (you can see the difference) which is what I am after. Do you think facetite could give me this result? or do I need to go more drastic ie neck/facelift? I am 31 and in the healthy weight range.
Answer: Facetite to address jaw shape/fat FaceTite is designed to precisely target the parts of the face where fat and sagging skin are most likely to appear. FaceTite is frequently used to treat the forehead, cheeks, neck, and jawline. As you stated, contemplating a facelift or necklift is extreme. With FaceTite, I would anticipate positive outcomes.

Answer: Considering options From the photos you could consider FaceTite to help sculpt the jawline. Other options to consider are Botox to slim the masseter muscles and Morpheus8. This treatment combines RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture. I've included a video on this treatment that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Assessment and Related Treatment Alternatives Hello; You are complaining about your jawline and jowl areas. Since you are in your 30s; I do not recommend for any treatments; such as Neck Lift or Face Lift. It would be too early and too aggressive. First of all, with an ultrasound to be applied to your face; fat thickness can be measured. If it is too much; Facetite can be implemented. If not; with a filling; that creates for a lifting affect on the bone; in the prejowl and chin areas; the jawline section can be highlighted and made smoother. Another alternative is; with permanent suspension threads; which are called for infinite thread; your cheeks can be pulled up and become much tighter.

Answer: Enhancing the V shape of the jawline Thanks for your question. The lifting that you are doing with your fingers is more of the result obtained with PDO Thread Lifting. Thread Lifting is a procedure which utilizes dissolving suture material (the barbed threads) to reposition the soft tissues of the face. The threads gradually dissolve but they leave new collagen formation behind. A thread lift is usually done once a year initially, but after a few sessions you'd likely find that you can do it every 2 years (due to the collagen accumulation which extends the life of the result). MINT PDO threads are some of the best on the market. The result will depend significantly on the expertise of the provider and the number of threads used. More threadsmore result and longer effect. 8 to 10 per side is a generous number. Much less than that and you may be disappointed.

Answer: Consider Robust HA Fillers For Contouring A More Feminine, Heart-Shaped Oval Face The kind of improvement you are looking for and achieved by pulling back on your skin is a rather routine type problem treated practically every single day by experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler experts. I did this for four women just yesterday, in fact, for both sides of their faces. It typically takes about ten minutes to perform, with immediate "Wow!" results, and engenders little to no significant post-treatment downtime. Now compare this with expensive, RF or fraxel lasers device treatments, which are heavily hawked with marketing hype and social media buzz, but whose hard science to back up their use, quite unfortunately, lags woefully behind the hype. So, when considering any of these "bells and whistles," you would be wise to exercise a healthy amount of buyer beware skepticism. And one more piece of advice: Don't go into any consultation asking for a particular treatment because very likely, and to your later financial loss, frustration and disappointment, you very likely get exactly what you ask for. Hope this helps and best of luck.
