My face has grown vertically dramatically in the last few months, my teeth are crooked but I was still extremely attractive until this point. Friends notice no difference but I can see it clearly! My teeth have narrowed dramatically now that I look at them and my cheeks have sunk, as have my eyes and my chin is very long now. I was supposed to start invisalign some time ago, is it too late now to fix the damage? Im 21

Lots of people get braces at age 14, so why would Invisalign be any different.? The reason teens don't primarily get Invisalign is because of compliance.
You have to be responsible enough to wear the aligners 22 hours a day, not loose them and change them when you are supposed to...
Invisalign sometimes works better than braces for open bites...posterior crossbites...not so much!
Many times with adults we have to settle for a B rather than an A result...in your case Invisalign might give you what you want, even though the results may not be perfect....
Based on your photo, I would recommend widening the arch(es) first since you have some crowding of your front teeth that would also benefit from arch widening. I'm guessing you probably have crowding and a narrow lower arch as well. After this stage, you can decide if you still need...
