In 2017, I lost weight by running. I would run every day for an hour? and I would purposely and heavily jostle my face and body, thinking it would change how I look drastically and help me lose the fat on my face and body. My face changed and is not as pretty as before. Think I have sagging cheeks, sagging skin, and sagging fat pads. Weight gain again suggests change is not due to weight loss. Also not due to growing up because I was fully developed. Didthe jostling cause myfaceandcheeks to sag?
