I have these bubble/bags below my eye bags, they're not too noticeable. What can I use to get rid of them? (Photo)

I did wear very large glasses for about 4-5 years prior to taking them off and wearing contacts. My only possible explanations would be the glasses or sleeping on my stomach that caused this... Is there any in office treatment or medication i could use?

You have an problem with the muscles that are attached to the eye.  You would need surgery to adjust these muscles to try and straighten the left eye.  You should see an ophthalmologist who specializes in this sort of work - adult motility, or pediatric ophthalmologist.

It is the design of the surgery that makes the difference.  Lasers are often used as a marketing ploy to make up for surgeon's who do not really do a nice blepharoplasty.  Lasers are not superior instruments for performing the blepharoplasty.  From a surgeon stand point they seem...

At 4 weeks, it is too early to be able to determine whether you will require additional surgery. As mentioned by others, massage of the eyelid might be helpful. Your surgeon may also recommend steroid or 5 FU injection in hopes of modulating the scar further. I would recommend at least 6 months...

See an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation. At first glance, it looks like your left upper eyelid is more droopy (eyelid ptosis) but there may other factors such as the left eyeball more sunken. The treatment would depend on the exact problem.

Obviously, your skin will continue to age, but the fat bags shouldn't return. What I tell patients is that surgery will take about 10 years off your eyes and that will always be the case but as you get older, so will your eyes. They'll just continue to look 10 years younger than they would have...
